Im very irritated and im call the BBB. If it cant do what its intended to do shut it down! This is no way to run a business!
I waited for an attendant so i could get the $7.50 owed from the change machine. He then Informed me its been like that along time and he couldn't do anything. Only the owner could return my $. That his boss also hadnt paid him nor been seen in 4 days.
The machine was broken and took 10 quarters. I left two messages for the office, and no return call was received. An employee came out of a side building with "office" written on a sign, and he said he only empties out the trash. Not responsive to customers at all, and no regard for additional customers who continued to put money into broken machine.
The bill changer has a sign that says no $10. I only had a few $1 so i put a $20 in. It only gave me $12.50 back in quarters. I then went to wash my tires and rims on my RV. 10 quarters in and there was no foam on tbe foaming brush setting. So i ended up scrubbing then with my own soap.
