I love this store and the staff who work there. They actually walk you to the door when you leave They are all very helpful!
All smiles walking into this place. I really felt like they were happy I came in. They were able to handle issues I had, and helped me save money.
AT&T has the worst customer service now. The only reason it gets any stars at all is because the rest is a lovely young lady named Dani who is very helpful
Rude staff. Woman told me she couldn't help, so she walked off. I stood there waiting thinking she was going to get someone else. I waited for 20 minutes before speaking up to ask when someone could help me. I simply wanted to buy a phone. I ended up buying from someone else because the staff apparently didn't want to make a sale that day.
I asked about a sooner to be released phone and they said, "Why in the world would you want that stupid phone," Cause I do dumba**!" Its none of their business. Just answer the easy, simple question..when will you be getting it. I'm not buying it from them, HOW COMPLETELY RUDE! They were more interested in watching the football game on the tv.
