This is the worst hospital. I hope I am never dieing, because I would rather go to any hospital but this one.

I was going to give them 4 stars.... They were quick at getting me in.. but a I have been sitting here for a long time and nothing they may just be being careful anyway 3.5 or 4.0 stars

I wish I could review it as a 0 star! We sat in the waiting room for 3 hours after being told it will only be 15 minutes!!! My 5 year old niece had a laceration to the back of her head. They told us that patients are not first come first serve so they didn't know when she would be seen. I had to go ask for gauze to hold on her head to help with the bleeding. We finally just left after the 3 hours. We will NEVER GO BACK!!! Absolutely ridiculous that people coming in for the flu were brought in before us.

This is the worst hospital EVER my husband went in with a blood infection..they were rude and did not treat the condition thouroghly and sent him home 2 days later..the infection wasn't gone and he got worse over a week and I took him to enloe and they admitted him and said they should have never let him go with that infection the minimum is 2 weeks IV antibiotics for his condition and now it could be affecting his heart (endocarditis) and could have sent him into heart failure...so now he is quite possibly going to be in this hospital 6 weeks or more to get rid of the infection and pray it hasn't got to bad

Also, family was waiting in the waiting room, only being allowed in one at a time. Everyone was excited, talking and sharing stories, and a nurse very rudely told my husband to take the kids and go home.

I wouldn't wish the way they treat people on my worst enemy. My 1st horrible experience was when I tried to tell the doctor that was having a 2nd ectopic pregnancy, they told me all was well, a week latervmy tube burst resulting in my never being able to have children. They ruined my life. In the last week I've gone to that hospital 3 separate times. The 1st time I spoke with 1 competent doctor. The 2nd time I had 1 competent nurse. The 3rd time there were absolutely no competent personal in the entire building. The 1st 2x I was told my burns weren't serious so when I went the 3rd x they literally waited until I was the last person in the waiting room while person after person walked in and were treated within minutes. After waiting patiently for 5hrs they took me back I waited another half hour for someone to come in and wrap the bandages way sloppier than I had been doing, and then told me my burns were so severe that I needed to go to UC Davis burn center. Why after the first time I went did they not just tell me to go there. In those 3 trips I spent more than 18hrs total. I would advise anyone who is considering going there DON'T just got anywhere else. Because they are incompetent and have zero bedside manner.

My sister had her baby here. After 28 hours they were released to go home. In that whole time, they never gave the baby a bath. Even with my sister asking for one. Her baby went home with birthing fluid still on him, and had to be bathed at home.
