They speech is privileged however said reports and comments are conducted with malice. CNN is aware that certain comments are untrue and still publish/broadcast wrong information. I am looking into standing to bring this suit. The president does have such standing. My main concern is that through their half trues and misrepresentations they are causing civil unrest which is causing a national security threat."
