The “General Manager” Shane’s customer service was that of a 6 year old girl throwing a fit. He couldn’t be bothered, waited 30 mins to be helped while being the only one the store. Actually writing this while I’m here because I had so much time.
It was an okay expierience, I think I'd rent a truck again.
Best moving experience I have ever had. Great customer service and their new storage facility is clean and cool inside plus it's very affordable. A special thank you to the assistant manager Rebecca for a speedy check out after a long day of moving :)
