Horrible experience!! Not worth a star. I had a unit full of my entire life.. thousands of dollars worth of memories, valuables, stolen. My unit was one of five in a two week span of being broken into. The lady's response to the theft, they only took from the units that had value in them. (RED FLAG) How does a thief know which unit has most value?! While on the phone with her, I asked if I could see security footage, she said of course I could. As soon as I got there, she told me I needed a warrant to see footage. The whole experience of the theft seemed so odd, the lady seemed so off putting. Really put vibes out that she's in on the thefts. Officers said this storage unit has the most thefts in town. Of course they would if someone was working on the inside. If you value your home, memories, valuables, DO NOT RENT from this place. Police do not care about your stolen goods, they really can't do much. This place should be shut down!! Or she needs to be replaced.
Good place. Rented here for a very long time. Always pleasant and helpful. Very reasonable rates.
Very old and crappy sheds... They use old cargo shipping containers for sheds which is very hard to open.. They also dont stand behind their lowest price gurantee promise.... Drove by a day later and they removed the best pruce gurantee banner When i told the manager that i could get an 8×10 for $36 a month she told me to go there then because we are gonna be raising our prices.... Unpleasant. Expirance with this rental shed place... Take your miney elsewhere and save hassle...
