They literally don't have even $10,000 in the bank. Hope you don't have to make any big purchases. Super condescending for no reason. Also told I wasn't allowed to open an account because I wanted to cash a check. Probably the worst bank ive dealt with, 1/10 rude and not functional.
Nick Torres is the man. Extremely attentive to my needs and was quick to answer all my questions and concerns. I would recommend this bank to anyone who is looking to start an account or invest. Ask for Nick and you will have nothing but amazing service with a smile.
Both times I have been in and Nicholas Torres is there both times have been treated poorly he does not answer questions fully seems to be in a bad mood and trys to push us away and get us out the door fast. I hate going knowing he will be the one helping because I know he does not do his job in a good manner
