I feel that they should be open half day on Saturdays like Wells Fargo and extend hours from 5:00 pm until 5:30 pm. to accommodate those who who get off work at 5:00 . that would give them a 4 or 5 star rating.

Love my bank... been with them for about 25 years (back when they were Tehama County Bank). Seems like their hiring protocols are top notch as every person I've dealt with has been knowledgeable and helpful. Would have given 5 stars if they were open at least part day on Saturdays and if they would offer extended hrs during the workweek.
