Smelled like smoke supposed to be a non-smoking room. No coffee pot no iron no little lotions or shampoo and conditioner. We will never stay here again. The price was good and that is were I went wrong I guess
The room we were assigned (#105) is an ADA room (not that either of us or our dog needed it) with appropriate bathroom. The floor of the room was linoleum or laminate that was peeling apart. We noticed the towel rack, while attractive, was mounted too high on the wall to be appropriate for ADA access. The room was clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. The TV service, Dish network, was very good.
It was not pleasant when they say it is a no smoking room and you walk in and can tell it has been smoked in yuck! No lotion, shampoo, conditioner, shower cap, iron or coffee pot. Who runs a place like this OMG as my daughter stated. The shower cap that makes the nice flow come out was missing too. Will never stay here again the lady that checked us in had a personality of a wet noodle too.
Seemed to be very quiet and safe. The gal at front desk was very helpful and showed awesome hospitality. She went out of her way to help me as well. Don't remember her name but I will be staying there again. Rooms were mediocre but worth the price.
The first room they provided was covered with dead leaves on rhe floor and smelled cigarette even if it was supposedly non-smoking rm. we moved to a different room wch smelled better but they only provided stuff for one person instead of two. I requested a double room for disabled in advance but they didn’t even say they didn’t have it so it was difficult for my 93 y.o. Boss to shower.
